DFS Road Coaching Sessions 2015

Matlock CC DFS Coaching Sessions are back! This is a step up for anyone who want to practice group riding techniques in preparation for road racing. Open to all youth riders and a number of the sessions are open to novice adults wishing to learn road techniques too. It’s fun but hard work in terms of learning new techniques and riding in a group. Cost is £2 per session Age 7 upwards ( top group at Saturday Whitworth Park sessions) - concentration required and willingness to listen to a coach First claim Matlock CC riders only Time 6:30 – 8pm Wednesdays Dates: May 6th May 13th May 20th (Adult places available) June 3rd (Adult places available) June10th June 17th (Adult places available) If you are participating please ensure you bring: Riding equipment you may need i.e. Bike, helmet, mitts / gloves and adequate clothing, a drink and snack as the session is 1:30hrs The sessions starts at 6:30pm at the DFS car park, Darley Dale, Matlock DE4 2ET Location rear car park – please park by store in front car park Let Tony know via email intention of coming – to assess numbers and coaching needs tonyfalconerwhite at yahoo dot co dot uk Please complete a MCC consent form specific for these sessions (click here for link to forms) and bring it with you on the first night.....
